XXVII Staroplaninsko Sobor “Balkan Folk 2024”
Music festivals “Euro folk” have been held since 2003 in various cities and countries of Europe. Since 2007, they have been under the auspices of the European Association of Folklore Festivals – EAFF. A characteristic feature of the “Euro Folk” Music Festival is that all stage performances are recorded with professional audio and television equipment. The best of them are repeatedly broadcast on more than 20 cable televisions in Bulgaria and on the satellite televisions “Rodina TV” and “T.TV.I.”, as well as on “EuroFolkTV” television with free Internet access from all over the world. With these activities, the main goal of the “Euro Folk” Music Festivals to popularize traditional folk arts through the enormous possibilities of the mass media is fulfilled.
