Located next to the Church of the Holy Forty Martyrs, this bridge is the work of engineer Nikola Troyanski.
Its construction began in 1930 and was completed five years later, in 1935. The bridge impresses both with its massiveness and beauty, and with the fact that it provides the most direct connection from Veliko Tarnovo to Arbanasi and Gorna Oryahovitsa.
Visiting the bridge will give you the opportunity to enjoy incredible views of the Yantra River, Tsarevets and Trapezitsa.
