On November 16 and 17, 2023, the Twenty-second national scientific conference with international participation “Libraries – reading – communications” will be held in the “Petko R. Slaveykov” Regional Library – Veliko Tarnovo, on the topic “Standardization and methodology in the digital conversion of the cultural and historical heritage”. The conference covers topics in the field of library and information sciences, bibliography, literary history, print communications and media. Scientists, university professors, researchers, members of BBIA, as well as scientific specialists from abroad at the invitation of the organizing committee.
