The festival was organized for the first time in 2016. The program includes reenactments of Roman rituals, ancient fashion, a slave market, gladiator games, demonstrations of Roman and barbarian weapons and battles from the period of the Roman-Dacian and Roman-Gothic wars. The traditional craft market includes: Roman cuisine, display of ornaments and decorations, coinage and pottery. Ensembles from Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, reenactors and craftsmen from all over Bulgaria, spectators participate. The dates for this year’s event have not yet been confirmed.
