There is a breathtaking view from the tower on the Patriarchal church of the Ascension. You can reach the top by elevator situated at the back of the church.
The lift operates from March to October, and in good weather until mid-November. The ticket price is BGN 3.00 per person (children under 7 free) and is not included in the price of the Tsarevets Fortress entrance ticket. The ticket for the panoramic elevator is paid at the elevator platform.
