Be sure to familiarize yourself with the films of the modern German wave with the screening of Ivy as Ivy on December 7 at 7:00 p.m. The screening is part of the Contemporary German Cinema series and is supported by the Goethe-Institut. Three films from the latest German cinema have been selected, dedicated to various problems affecting relations between modern people, characteristic of the generation currently between 25-35 years old. Although the comedic approach is present in all three films, it is used as a key to provocation and raising questions. The other unifying element is that all three film titles are part of the creative biographies of the new generation of German directors born in the mid-1980s.
