Songs of the Russian bard Bulat Okudzhava, performed by Milen Totev, will be performed in the Regional Library “P. R. Slaveykov” in V. Tarnovo on November 9 at 5:30 p.m. The guests of the event will enjoy an acoustic concert from the series “100 years since the birth of Bulat Sh. Okudzhava”, which includes emblematic works about love, peace and human values from the work of the famous singer with a guitar. The presenter will be Pavlina Vladova from Lions Club Veliko Tarnovo Yantar, which is the organizer of the event.
Milen Totev lives in Lovech. From 1975, he began to perform Okudzhava’s songs at concerts in Bulgaria and abroad, recording his own works as well. He publishes poems and articles in the press, and is also one of the initiators and art director of “Bardfest – Lovech”, which has 15 editions. Totev is the winner of many awards from festivals of the author’s song, he has recorded 12 audio cassettes, 9 CDs and one DVD with his concert.
