Military ritual for raising the National Flag of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Presentation of the “March 3” Academic Award.
Recital “March 3 – Triumph of the Strength and Dignity of the Bulgarian Spirit”, performed by Ivanina Mancheva, Darin Vladimirov and Prisiyan Dyankov – students of the “Vasil Drumev” Primary and Secondary Music School. Leader – Kamelia Stancheva.
11:00 a.m. Mother Bulgaria Monument
A requiem prayer, served by His Eminence, Stavrophorous Priest-Economos Dr. Slavcho Ivanov.
Military ritual for laying wreaths and flowers of gratitude at the Mother Bulgaria Monument.
Passing of the Honor Guard of the Vasil Levski National University in a solemn march.
Laying flowers at the monument to Gen. Sava Mutkurov.
