Veliko Turnovo will host the Winter Classic 2025. The matches will be played at the Ice Rink «Veselie» on February 14 and 15.
The opening of the ice hockey tournament will be on February 14 / Friday / at 6:00 pm. Then the group phase begins. There are nine teams, for the first time two teams from Romania are involved.
On Saturday (February 15) the matches start at 11:00 am. , and the final is scheduled for 4:20 pm. Following this, a special open ice hockey lesson will be held at the Ice Rink «Veselie». Young and old will be able to understand more about both the game, movement and technique of players in the defense and attack phase, as well as touch professional sports equipment.
