The monument to Nicola Piccolo was erected in 1980. about 100m from Velchova Zavera square on the left in the direction of the Tsarevets fortress at the upper end of the street named after him in the town of Veliko Tarnovo. A little further down this street is his native house known as the house of his sister Cocona Anastasia.
