9:10 a.m., courtyard of the «St. 40 Martyrs Church” Recitation of a text from the Asen Column. Blessing of water and blessing for health. Blessing of the representative unit of the National University “Vasil Levski” and the flags of the schools of Veliko Tarnovo.
