On July 4, the Shanghai Kunqu Opera Troupe will be a guest for the first time on the open stage in the Tsarevets fortress with the performance „Meeting among the Peach Blossoms”.
The event is on the occasion of 75 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and the People’s Republic of China and is included in the program of the Summer Opera Festival „Stage of the Ages” 2024. It is organized by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Bulgaria, the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo and the „Confucius” Institute at VTU.
